Salim al-Hoss to become Lebanon's prime ministry

New Lebanese President Emil Lahoud appointed Salim al-Hoss to form a new government after outgoing Prime Minister Rafik Hariri declined the task. Salim al-Hoss who has been given sufficient support for success by the members of parliament had served in the post of prime minister several times before.
