Islamic Jihad's secretary general: There will be no Palestinian civil war

The secretary general of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad movement, Ramadan Abdullah Shalah, confirmed that there will be no Palestinian civil war and that his movement will not use violence against the Palestinian government. In a lecture in Damascus, Ramadan Shalah, added that his movement will amend the Palestinian national charter as the Palestinian leadership has pledged this amendment to remove references to the destruction of Israel.
