Russian messages to Bahrain, Qatar

Bahraini Foreign Minister Sheikh Muhammad Bin Mubarak al-Khaleifa on Tuesday received a message from his Russian counterpart, Igor Ivanovitch, concerning the Russian viewpoint toward the current crisis between the UN and Iraq as well as bilateral relations.

The Gulf News Agency said that the Russian ambassador to Bahrain delivered the message during his meeting with the Bahraini FM in Manama.

In Doha, Qatar's Foreign Minister Sheikh Hamad Bin Jasem Bin Jaber al-Thani on Tuesday received a similar message from his Russian counterpart. The message relates to the latest developments in the region and bilateral relations between the two countries.

The message was delivered by the Russian ambassador in Doha during his meeting with Sheikh Hamad, said the GNA.
