Gaza airport to receive two Moroccan weekly flights

The Moroccan Carrier Royal Air Maroc (RAM) decided to operate two weekly flights to the Palestinian airport of Gaza, RAM said in a release.

The Palestinian civil aviation authority responded positively to RAM's application to launch the air route between Casablanca and Gaza every Tuesday and Friday.

The Palestinian government said that the "details and conditions required will be sent to RAM as soon as the necessary arrangements would be finalized with the Israeli party," RAM said.

The new route is destined to enhance economic cooperation and trade exchanges between Morocco and Palestine.
