UNSCOM returns to Baghdad
UNSCOM weapons inspectors arrived yesterday afternoon in Baghdad, after the Iraqi government agreed to allow them to resume their work thereby averting air raids against Iraq.
UNSCOM chief Richard Butler said this is Iraq's last chance to declare the facts regarding its weapons programs.
Also employees of the humanitarian services responsible for the oil-for-food program arrived yesterday in Baghdad.
