Libya, Chad review relations

Libyan President Muammar al-Qaddafi on Tuesday spoke on the telephone with President of Chad Idris Debi. Talks dealt with conditions in the African continent, especially in the "greater lake area" as Qaddafi is the chairman of the Presidium council of the desert and coast states union.

Bilateral relations between Libya and Chad were also reviewed.
