Zowal pledges making pure presidential elections

Algerian president Zeroual pledged during his a ministers meeting yesterday to have "clean" presidential election with equal chances for all candidates. Zeroual urged the government to exert all efforts for embodying this pledge, for guaranteeing the administrational neutrality as well implementing strict instructions regarding this matter for the forthcoming election.
