Progress in the negotiations of the Yemeni-Saudi borders

Yemeni sources stated today that "a fraternal atmosphere prevail in the Yemeni - Saudi relationships," which may affect the negotiations track for drawing the borders between them in light of the continuous contact between the two leaderships in Sanaa and Riyadh, headed by king Fahd Bin Abd al-Aziz and President Ali Abdallah Saleh.

The sources said the issue of drawing the borders between the two countries takes the "great concern of the two leaderships out of joint adherence that the two countries reach a final agreement for drawing the borders for the good of the two countries and the two people as soon as possible."
