Saudi interior minister: Syria is of concern to all Arabs
Saudi Minister of Interior Prince Nayef Bin Abdul Aziz has asserted that Syria is an Arab state which concerns all Arabs in all matters. In a statement to the Kuwaiti daily al-Rai al-Am issued on Saturday the Saudi minister hoped that disputes between Syria and Turkey had been terminated and called for settling their differences by means of dialogue. He said that persons "behind al-Khobar explosions are Saudis," but he did not deny foreign hands in the said explosion. He added that Iranian-Saudi relations should be good, especially that "Iran is a neighboring Muslim state and the two countries share common interests."
