Unemployed graduates strike in front of Moroccan parliament

Originally published

A group of unemployed graduates went on strike yesterday in front of the Moroccan Parliament in Rabat, chanting slogans demanding that the government of Prime Minister Abderrahmane Youssoufi grant them jobs and fulfill their needs.

This protest is considered the first by unemployed graduates in front of the Moroccan Parliament after a strike held by hundreds of unemployed engineers and doctors a month ago in front of the parliament, which was settled by the intervention of Morocco's King Hassan II and the government's commitment to allow them opportunities in the public sector.
