Kuwaiti president releases two decrees

President of Kuwait Sheikh Jaber al-Ahmad al-Sabah enacted a decree on Monday providing for accepting the resignation of Kuwaiti Deputy Premier and Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs Nasser al-Rawdan. The Kuwaiti President also enacted another presidential decree appointing Abdul Aziz al-Dakhil -- in addition to his post as minister of trade and industry -- as minister of state for Cabinet affairs.
