Iranian, Libyan join committees meet on bilateral co-operation

Meetings of the eighth session of the Iranian-Libyan joint committee chaired by the Libyan secretary of the people's committee for scientific research, al-Mahdi Abirshe, and the Libyan minister of labor and social affairs, Hussein Kamali.

Discussions centered on cooperation relations between Libya and Iran in various fields. Stress was placed on the importance of developing bilateral relations to advance the common interests of the two countries.

In the same context, Libyan people's committee secretary Omar al-Muntasir discussed with the Iranian minister means of boosting bilateral relations to serve the interests of Iran and Libya.
