Egyptian terrorist found dead in Albania

An Egyptian Islamic extremist and suspected terrorist has been found dead in the Albanian capital, Tirane, after a shootout with the police.

A police spokesman said that Salah Mohammed El-Said, who was married to an Albanian woman, killed himself in a moment of psychic crisis.

An Egyptian security source said that El-Said was working with the Osama Bin Laden, who is suspected of masterminding the bombing of two US embassies in Africa, yet he was monitored by the international intelligence agency.

The sources added that Salah El-Said was a top terrorist leader and had participated in the war to liberate Afghanistan from the Soviet Union.
