Palestinian minister of health threatens to resign

Palestinian Minister of Health Dr. Riyad Zaanoun threatened to resign from his post in case of the non-existence of an organized budget for his ministry, pointing to a severe shortage from which the hospitals in the Palestinian self-rule areas suffer because the Ministry of Finance did not transfer the necessary funds to provide for the medical needs of these hospitals.
