Message to President Mubarak from Pope John Paul II

Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak on Sunday received a message from Pope John Paul II pertaining to the situation in the Middle East and the current impasse in the Middle East peace process. The massage was conveyed by the Papal Nuncio, Jan Neurone, who said following his meeting with President Mubarak that viewpoints were identical on the need to resume peace negotiations on the various Middle East tracks according to international legitimacy resolutions.
