COMESA symposium coming in Egypt
Egypt's assistant foreign minister for African affairs, Ibrahim Hassan, said yesterday that Egyptian Foreign Minister Amr Moussa is going to organize a symposium on "Egypt and the COMESA: New horizons for trade and investment."
In press statements, Hassan added that this symposium is being held for the first time in Egypt after Egypt joined the COMESA assembly of countries in southern and eastern Africa on June 29.
He also stated that the symposium aims at presenting the organization's goals, activities, and different work fields, such as industrial, agriculture, transportation and trade banks.
