One Yemeni officer wounded in an explosion

One Yemeni Army officer and another soldier were seriously wounded when an explosive charge loaded on a donkey went on in al-Dale' town, south of the capital Sanaa.

Eyewitnesses were quoted as saying that the explosives, which were hidden beneath the back cover of the donkey, went off in front of the army officer, Mansour al-Salami, while he was on his way to his office. No news was available on the aims behind the incident.
