UAE President presents Baker with his order of merit

President of the United Arab Emirates Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan al-Nahyan on Wednesday presented former US Secretary of State James Baker, "Zayed's first order of merit" in appreciation for Baker's political efforts during his career as secretary of state for the US.

The Gulf News Agency said the investiture ceremony was held in the presence of UAE officials.
