Yemen prevents Arabs from entering its territories without visas
The Yemeni authorities decided to prevent Egyptian, Libyan, Sudanese, Tunisian and Algerian citizens from getting into Yemeni territories unless they have entry visas from the Yemeni embassies in their respective countries.
Officials at the Yemeni Ministry of the Interior stressed that these measures fall in the course of carrying out bilateral security agreements signed between Yemen and the governments of Egypt, Libya and Tunisia. Meanwhile, the Yemeni authorities said it has expelled 14,000 foreigners who are illegal residents in the country since 1995.
