Israel bombs south Lebanon
The Israeli occupation troops targeted with heavy artillery the valleys and mountainous roads surrounding and facing the al-Hamra and Teir Harfa positions in the occupied part of south Lebanon.
News reports from south Lebanon said the bombardment was accompanied by a mopping-up operation in which the occupation forces used machine gun fire against the targeted areas.
Meanwhile, the Israeli occupation forces reopened the crossing gates linking the occupied part of south Lebanon to the adjacent liberated areas.
The crossing guards have been taking tough security measures. People underwent precise inspection operations while cellular phones were confiscated.
