Crown Prince Sidi Mohammed, coordinator of the bureaux and services of the Chief of Staff of the Moroccan Royal Armed Forces and General Jean Pierre Kelche, chief of staff of the French Armies, chaired friday here the closing session of the Moroccan-French military cooperation commission.

The French General, who arrived Wednesday in Morocco, was received Thursday by King Hassan II who decorated him with the Grand Cordon of the Alaouite Wissam.

Gen. Kelche also had separate talks with the Moroccan king and the Crown prince.

Upon his arrival in Morocco, the French General told reporters that his visit to Morocco aims to "assess military cooperation between our two armies."

"We are used to cooperating together and we, Moroccans and French, are both present in Bosnia," he said, before expressing "pride and admiration" for the professionalism of the Moroccan servicemen deployed in Bosnia.

"We will review all aspects of our cooperation to promote a spirit of partnership," Gen. Kelche said.
