Annan recommends extension of Nations Iraq-Kuwait Observation Mission

UN Secretary-General Annan recommended that the United Nations Iraq-Kuwait Observation Mission (UNIKOM) continue with its work, which includes the disposal of unexploded mines and other weaponry in the demilitarized zone.
