Russian Aeroflot suspends flights to Morocco

Russian air company "Aeroflot" decided to suspend flights to Morocco starting next October 20, a company executive told MAP. The company will resume flights to Casablanca during the summer holidays for Moroccan students to return home.

The source explained that in view of the financial crisis in Russia, Russians are less travelling abroad.

Aeroflot used to operate a weekly flight between Casablanca and Moscow via Malta.
