Eight countries vote for Egypt on dumping issues
Egyptian Minister of Trade and Supply Ahmed Goweili announced yesterday that eight European countries voted in favor of Egypt to oppose the dumping rules imposed against Egypt by the European Union countries on raw textiles.
At a meeting of the union's countries, only one European country refrained from voting, while six other countries voted against Egypt.
Goweili said this step constitutes a good initiative for canceling the issue completely in the final vote of the European committee during a meeting this month.
This is within Egypt's continued efforts to help increase its export market and to ensure fair access for its products in these markets.
