Egyptian FM: Israeli accusations will not change Egypt's policy
Egypt denied yesterday Israeli accusations that the Egyptian press is antisemetic. On Tuesday Israel issued a fact sheet alleging instances of antisemitism in the Egyptian press.
Meanwhile Egyptian Foreign Minister Amr Moussa stated that these accusations will not frighten Egypt into a change its policy toward Middle East.
Moussa said: "Let them say all what they want, yet this change nothing in our policy. We will not fear; this our message to Israel."
At the same time, Moussa announced that Egypt plays a leading role in preparing for the expected Arab summit, confirming that Palestinian President Yasser Arafat has formally called for this summit to confront the stumbling peace process in the region.
