Kuwaiti aid for Sudan

On Sunday Kuwait announced it will dispatch an urgent aid supplies to help flood victims in Sudan.

A statement released following a meeting of the Kuwaiti Cabinet said that ruler of Kuwait Sheikh Jaber al-Ahmad al-Sabah gave directions to send urgent humanitarian and foodstuffs aids to Sudan in order to "alleviate the sufferings of the Sudanese people resulting from the floods."
