Two bombs explode in Algeria killing many people

A bomb went off Friday in a market in western Algeria killing three people and injuring 34 others, security sources said.

Another bomb exploded Thursday killing at least two persons and wounding several others in the Blida province, south Algiers.

Algeria has been racked by violence since early 1992 when the authorities canceled general elections in which Islamist were poised to gain.
