Mubarak to meet with Hariri Wednesday

Lebanese Prime Minister Rafik Hariri will arrive on Cairo on Wednesday for a three-day visit during which he will meet with Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak.

The Lebanese side will attend the meetings of the third session of the Lebanese - Egyptian high joint committee, in which the Egyptian side will be headed by Prime Minister Kamal Ganzouri and Hariri will lead a delegation that comprises ministers Nadim Salem, Shawki Fakhouri, Yassin Jabir and Fouad Sanoura.

The preliminary joint committee started its work yesterday at the headquarters of the Egyptian Foreign Ministry with the chairmanship of the Egyptian assistant foreign minister for Arab affairs, ambassador Saayed Abu Zied, and the manager of economic affairs in the Lebanese Foreign Ministry, ambassador Fawzi Fawaz.
