A message for Yemeni interior minister from his Saudi counterpart

Yemeni Minister of the Interior Lt. Gen. Hussein Arab on Monday received a message from his Saudi counterpart, Prince Nayef Bin Abdul Aziz, concerning security relations between the two states.

The message was conveyed by an envoy from the Saudi Ministry of the Interior, Saleh Abdullah al-Ibrahim who arrived in Sanaa on Sunday.

A joint security committee was formed between the two states following the killing of 14 Yemenis last week in the Saudi area of Asir to learn the reasons behind the incident. The ministers of the interior in the two countries also exchanged messages relating to the implementation of the security agreement signed two years earlier, MENA reported.
