Prices increase for Saudi domestic flights

Official sources in the state-run Saudi airlines announced yesterday large increases in the cost of air travel within Saudi Arabia. Prices for first-class travelers will jump 50%, while business-class price increases will reach 35%. Economy-class prices will remain unchanged. The increase comes as Saudi Arabia is facing a budget shortage due to a reduction in petroleum income.
