Egypt calls for halt to Kosovo violence

Sources in the Egyptian Foreign Ministry said that Egypt is anxiously following up on the escalation of violent actions in which innocent civilians and unarmed inhabitants in Kosovo are victimized.

The sources said that Egypt confirms the importance of stopping the ongoing aggressions and putting an immediate end to the violence and human rights violations there.

The source added that Egypt called on all the organizations that pledged to intervene to stop the fighting to honor their commitments to rescue the innocents from the ongoing violence, and for the return of the refugees to their homeland, with the aim of reaching a just settlement through peaceful and constructive dialogue to the problem.
