Algerian attackers kill more civilians

Algerian security forces on Wednesday said that armed groups killed on Tuesday some 17 persons in Teyart and Telmesan provinces in western Algeria. In a statement, the security forces said that first attack targeted Tagedmbt district near Teyart, where 10 persons were reported to be killed and another three were wounded.

A second statement by the security sources announced the killing of 7 persons in Bani Mister district in Telmesan province. The security forces carried out a vast mopping up operation against the attackers.
