The Israel Meretz movement announced that the movement's chairman, Yossi Sarid, will visit Amman tomorrow to meet with Jordan's crown prince, at the invitation of the latter. The sources added in statements quoted on Sunday by Israeli radio that the meeting will be at the royal palace in Amman.

Meanwhile, Israeli radio reported on Sunday that director general of the Israeli Ministry of the Interior Emy Ballant will meet tomorrow in Jerusalem with the Palestinian official responsible for the Palestinian preventive security forces, Maj. Gen. Muhammad Dahlan.

The report added the meeting is intended to address cooperation between the Israeli and Palestinian police. The report said the meeting came to complement the recent meeting held between Israeli Minister of Internal Security Avigdor Kahalani and the secretary-general of the PLO executive committee, Mahmoud Abbas, last week.
