Iran - Iraq complaint

Iran circulated as a UN document a complaint focusing on a February incident in which it said a member of a terrorist organization entered Iran through Iraq, giving the Iraqi government culpability as the host of the terrorist group and as it allowed operations to be launched from its territory, IRNA reported.
