500 lines for the portable phone in Saudi Arabia.

Saudi Telecommunications Company gave the US company Lucent Technologies obtained an implementation contract for the installation of 575,000 lines for the mobile phones network at a cost of $700 million over the next 15 months. It also won a $111 million contract to modernize STC's switching systems on more than 900,000 phone lines.
