Oman's Minister of Social Affairs, Labor and Vocational Training has decided to allow Omani employers to nominate Omani workers to fill jobs, rather than forcing them to accept government nominations and to require training contracts spelling out both employers' and workers' obligations, Oman Daily Observer reported.
