Hrawi threatens to cut every hand that dares threaten Lebanese security
Lebanese President Elias Hrawi said, "We will cut every hand that dares to shake the security in Lebanon."
That forms his first comment on the discovery by Lebanese security bodies of two networks, one for spying for Israel in Lebanon and Syria and the other whose members were accused of exploding bombs and planning for other explosions and assassinations, as shown in an accusation by the governments' prosecutor at the military court, Nasri Lahoud.
Hrawi said in a speech yesterday evening, "For those who resort to subjugating the peace track for suspicious purposes, I say: Security by us is stronger than all their endeavors and I considered every effort to undermine the national security is a crime against the nation."
