Egyptian food exports to Iraq total $130 million

The total number of the value of the agreements ratified by the Iraqi ministry of trade with Egyptian food companies has reached $130 million, within the fourth stage of Iraqi food-for-oil deal with the U.N.

Ahmed Hosni, the head of the Egyptian trade bureau in Baghdad said that Iraqi Trade Minister Muhammad Mahdi al-Saleh ratified the agreement due to the concern of the Iraqi government with improving trade relations with Egypt.
