Traditional oil-mills produce half of Morocco's olive oil output
About 50 percent of Morocco's olive oil output is produced by traditional oil mills, Moroccan business weekly "La Vie Economique" reported.
There are about 16,000 traditional oil jobs, concentrated mainly in central Morocco, the same source added, affirming that these traditional units produce annually some 25,000 tonnes of olive oil.
