Qatari ruler receives Eritrean communique

Ruler of Qatar Sheikh Hamad Bin Khaleifa al-Thani on Sunday received a message from Eritrean President Assyas Afworki pertaining to bilateral relations and developments in border disputes between Eritrea and Ethiopia.

The Gulf News Agency said the message was delivered by Eritrea's minister of local states, Mahmoud Ahmad Mahmoud, during his meeting with Sheikh Hamad in Doha yesterday.
