Boueiz: Israel to blame for Beirut explosions

Lebanese Foreign Minister Fares Boueiz said that Israel is behind the explosion of two hand grenades near the U.S. embassy in Beirut, Nando Times reported. The explosions caused no injuries or damage, the report said.
