Albright - Netanyahu meetings come to nothing

U.S. State Department spokesman James Rubin said that after meetings between U.S. Secretary of State Albright and Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu on the stalled Middle East peace process, "The basic situation remains unchanged, although there is sufficient reason to continue serious work."
