El-Baz in Doha: it is not the proper time an Arab summit

Qatar's Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Hamad Bin Jasem al-Thani, on Wednesday held talks in Doha with President Muhammad Hosni Mubarak's political advisor, Osama el-Baz, currently visiting Doha.

Talks dealt with the latest developments in the region, and means of strengthening and developing bilateral relations between the two countries.

El-Baz said on Wednesday after the Qatari emir received him in Doha that Arab leaders are ready and willing to hold an Arab summit, when the time is right to take the measure and when something specific will result from this summit and enhance Arab strength. El-Baz expressed his belief that it is not yet the proper time for the Arab summit.
