Iraq - oil-for-food

The UN Office of the Iraq Program, as of April 27, began considering contracts under the oil-for-food deal with Iraq on a priority basis, the UN secretary-general's spokesman's office said. As of Monday 72 contracts had been approved within phase three of the program, 65 in the food sector and seven for other humanitarian aid, including medicines.
