Jordan's King meets with British Deputy Chief of Staff

King Hussein of Jordan met with British Deputy Chief of Staff Admiral Peter Abbott who is on an official visit to Jordan. The talks between the King the high-ranking British officer touched on military cooperation issues between both Jordan and the U.K.

King Hussein conferred upon the British Admiral the military medal of the first order. Admiral Abet held talks with Jordan's acting Prime Minister and the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.
