Originally published

Marking the 12th anniversary of US airstrikes against Libya, today was declared a national day of mourning across Libya. A decision released by the secretary of the Libyan People's Committee, Muhammad al-Manjoush, called for a stop to communications and telecommunications between Libya and the outer world and to ban Libyans from traveling to the US and UK on this day.
