Sudanese opposition in Geneva to denounce Khartoum government
A delegation from the Sudanese opposition left Cairo for Geneva, to attend meetings of the 54th session for human rights.
The delegation comprises the members of the Federal Party's executive committee, Mohamed El-Motasem Hakem, Farouk Abu Erisa the spokesman of the National Democratic Assembly Party, and Ahmed El-Sinki, head of the Fedral Party's delegation in Cairo.
Motasem announced that the delegation will seek to issue a new condemnation to confront the practices of El-Khartoum's government, which he said violates human rights.
He also stated that the recent mass death that took place in Sudan, in which 50 youths were drowned and more than 260 were lost, is new evidence of the Sudanese government's continued violations of human rights.
