Relations with Syria proceed, Iraqi FM says

Iraqi Foreign Minister Muhammad Saeed al-Sahaf said economic relations between Iraq and Syria are proceeding to cover all fields.

In statements he made yesterday in Doha, al-Sahaf added, "Relations between the two countries are going within moderate steps," adding, "but we still own enough bilateral understanding to work for taking tangible measures towards resuming diplomatic relations."
