A telephone call from Gaddafi to King Fahd

Libyan President Muammar Gaddafi today spoke on the telephone with King Fahd Bin Abdul Aziz of Saudi Arabia. Gaddafi also received yesterday a communique from President Saddam Hussein of Iraq conveyed by Iraqi Minister of Culture and Information Humam Abdul Khaleq.
