Syrian cabinet reviews agreements with Belarus

In its Tuesday's weekly meeting, the Syrian Cabinet discussed the positive results of Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko's recent visit and the importance of the talks he held with President Hafez al-Assad.

The Cabinet discussed technical, scientific, trade and economic cooperation agreements signed during the visit and measures taken to carry out these agreements with the objective of deepening cooperation and bilateral relations.

The Syrian Cabinet also discussed the project pertaining to reduction of customs fees, enforced by the customs tariff issued by decree no. 25 for 1989 on industrial products exchanged with Lebanon, at a rate of 25%.
